Vehicles will continue to run almost exclusively with gasoline until the year 2015. Liquid fusion and electricity will take over the running of most vehicles by the year 2020.

Cruise liners will almost cause a maritime traffic jam as more and more people seek winters in the sun and fun. Ships will become larger and more grandiose. Floating, soaring cities.

The islands of Hawaii, New Zealand, and Australia will boom from tourist trade and a renewed interest in the lushness and beauty of these areas. Cuba will once again find itself the place of vacation seekers and condos in the near future.

The Sun Belt will continue to be flooded with baby boomers who are retiring. Florida, Arizona, Texas, New Mexico, Nevada, and Georgia will remain good places for investments for the next twenty years or so. Land and homes will be much harder to attain in future years in these states.
