LIBERAL OR CONSERVATIVE
Must we be liberal or conservative 100%? Naw, I don’t think so! I’m a little conservative about certain issues and liberal about others. This new democratic and republican right and left only confuse me and make me boiling mad that we’re supposed to be all or nothing. I’m not one way or the other. I vote for the best person for the job, and I have my own faith-based spiritual beliefs and personal views on women’s rights, marriage rights and politics. So there! I think for myself, and you guys and gals with excess media time who’re exporting your televised abuse and power, your agenda of hatred and stupidity, and of gross neglect of the human species are now zapped from my channel clicker. ZAP! ZAP!
You gotta care . . . to care . . . and I choose not to care about your insane garbage anymore. I don’t need a bunch of fanatics making idealist and moralistic decisions for me, or telling me what I must believe or not believe, or how I must believe it! When did a bunch of aspiring book writers, politicians, and so called chosen-frozen church fanatics decide they are the answer to the United States of America, its entire citizenship, and that it’s up to them to make those decisions public in such a hateful way? Just who gave them the right to interfere in our individual right to choose our own path, . . . our own minds . . . for ourselves? What happened to individual free will and loving our neighbors? Get out of my face you idiots!!! I’m tired of your diatribes, both you . . . left and right extremists.
I watched Ann Coulter subject the world to her bigotry and hatred the other night on Fox News channel (no less – a news channel!), and my stomach actually heaved in distaste and repulsion at her spew of venom. My god in heaven! Who allowed her out of the hospital? We are heading into troubled waters if we don’t stop and smell the roses along this path . . . called life. I personally believe there’s a lot of potential goodness in the world.
Yup! Believe . . . you-me! There’s a lot of greed, need and a bunch of sinful seed sowing in the world, but it’s just a tiny speck of darkness against a sky of pure blue. I believe the basic human species has a wondrous streak of generosity and goodness within. Maybe we’re looking to the wrong people for our strength and purpose–for our answers to the small dark spot of evil. Maybe we should be looking to ourselves and making our voices heard above the negative crowd of book sales and political ass-kissing nuts.
